Funerals, Burials and Cremations
If you are looking at this page because your loved one has died, then we are sorry for your loss and we are here for you.
A church funeral is for anyone from our villages. We also offer pastoral support to those with faith or none.
A funeral director will help you to begin making arrangements and then one of our ministers would meet with you to offer support and create with you a bespoke funeral service to remember your loved one.
Burials
The churchyards in Assington and Little Cornard are open for burials. In Bures, one of our ministers can officiate a burial at Bures Cemetery. Burials can take place either before or after a funeral service.
Burial of Ashes
Funeral Directors will offer to help make arrangements for burial of ashes. However, it is often simpler to arrange them directly with us.
